Since the foundation of IIFA awards, Amitabh Bachchan has been brand ambassador since the year 2000. But it can be said that a havoc of 1 kind has been created when the gossip is been in the air that Big B is no more Brand Ambassador of IIFA. This was confirmed by Bachchan himself on Twitter.

He has confirmed that he is not going to attend IIFA which is going to be held in Toronto this year on June 23-25. He added that IIFA no longer needs Bachchan’s contribution. At this the organizing authorities have stated that they eliminated the so called system of Brand Ambassador.
