David Beckham has firmly denied committing adultery with a prostitute in signed official documents submitted as part of a $25 million (£16 million) complaint against an American magazine.

The ex- England football captain is suing the publishers of “In Touch” magazine which printed the claims of Bosnian-born call girl Irma Nici, 26.
She claimed Beckham committed adultery with her on five incident in 2007, including at Claridge's hotel in London.
In his signed statement, submitted to a court in Los Angeles, Beckham stated the claims were "completely false" and had caused great suffering to him and his family.
He said: "I have never met Nici nor paid her for sex. Irma Nici's statements have caused me and my family great anguish and emotional distress, and have adversely affected both my personal and professional life."

The declaration, obtained by the celebrity news website TMZ, was signed by Beckham on Oct 13.
He has been married to wife Victoria since 11 years and they have three sons.
When the prostitute's claims were published in September a presenter for Beckham said the magazine had been told in advance that they were "untrue and totally ridiculous."
The spokesman said: "Sadly, we live in a world where a magazine can print lies and believe they can get away with it."

Now we don’t know the Magazine is False or Paid…..

IMRG, the buy and sell organization, will offer guard against politically-driven ‘denial of service’ threat that threaten Britain’s £57.8bn online shopping industry.

It follows the targeting of payment services PayPal, Visa and Mastercard earlier this month by ‘hacktivists’ who accused them of bend towards US pressure to delay the release of embarrassing political lines.

Amazon was also attacked because it had removed Wikileaks information from its servers.

Peter Wood, member of the online security organisation ISACA and chief executive of security consultants First Base Technologies, stated: “Politically-motivated denial of service is a new threat to online retail because previously the threat has only been from criminals.”

“Criminals want the payment systems to work because they need to make their money where as hacktivists want to make a big impact.”
“Cyber attacks would have serious implications for online retailers if the payment process was involved.”

Britons washed-out twice as much online than other European countries, according to an Ofcom report, with 17 per cent of all purchases now made on the web.
IMRG has 280 members and over 1,100 retailers accredited retailers for its Internet Shopping Is Safe (ISIS) trust mark.

The web is about to come to your television. It might be that your new TV has web applications built-in or maybe you’ll connect via a set-top box. Moreover, surfing the web and watching television via apps will soon be the normal coz Google has its method.

Google TV brings the search engine to the television; type the name of a programme and Google TV will find it for you. It also lets you create ‘playlists’ for your viewing that combine, for example, YouTube clips, on-demand films and TV catch-up services. It is launched in the US in October to halfhearted reviews. Critics said it was complex to use and flat due to technical problems. However, with Google’s Android operating system running things, expect to see occasional updates to improve the experience.

No UK launch date for Google TV is decided so far but they will be eager to beat YouView into the shops. YouView, is partnership between the BBC, BT, Arqiva, Channel 4, Channel 5 ITV, TalkTalk BT, and is an internet television platform that, like Google TV, will bring app-driven services to the TV. It’s planed to be release by the middle of next year.

Great news for MANU Fan & Followers

Rooney has not scored for Manchester United in open play since netting against Bayern Munich in March, but Ferguson was pleased with the England forward's overall contribution in Sunday's 2-0 win above Sunderland at Old Trafford.

Ferguson said: "Wayne had a couple of tries. He was very unlucky with the chip and there were a couple of shots saved by the goalkeeper, He is getting there. The important thing is he is playing well. That is refreshing."
Meanwhile, Ferguson hopes to receive back Darren Fletcher and Nani at Birmingham on Tuesday after his team maintained pole position in the Premier League with Sunday's three points.

Ferguson was without the duo for the win at Old Trafford. The Scot, who turns 69 on Friday, was able to take off Anderson and evergreen winger Ryan Giggs early in the second half and, while Ferguson declared himself cheerful with an unbeaten league run that now extends to 22 games, the come back of Fletcher and Nani can only help United consolidate first place when they travel to St Andrew's.

Top 7 Best Sellers PC Video Games

By: Ravi Panjwani On: Wednesday, December 29, 2010

  • 1. Call Of Duty: Black Ops

Call Of Duty: Black Ops is no doubt to be a best seller based on the power of its kind alone. Players have campaign mode to burn through over & above its far more better written & more interesting than any other in its range. However, the multiplayer is what most customer puzzled up their cash for, and in this area, Black Ops doesn't disappoint.

    2. Fifa 11

The football season may have been in progress for a few months now, but for millions of gamers it began in October with the release of EA Sports's superlative Fifa 11. Players look and act more like their real-world counterparts. With smooth online play which allows for 11 versus 11 player matches, a reduced player and manager mode (which luckily isn't broken Fifa 11 is perhaps the best football sim on the market.

    3. Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit

EA's premier racer has discarded the bling bling street racing scene and instead offers players smooth simulation mixed with arcade madness. The result is an adrenaline-fuelled experience in which players cavity themselves against the AlI or each other in cops vs never-do-wells road battles. The gameplay mixes driving skills and the tactical exploitation of power-ups into a magnificent blend of road chaos. One of the best driving games of 2010.

    4. Just Dance 2

The game's song-list is pretty wide-ranging and it comes with a duo feature which allows players to perform admiring moves in both two and four player mode. It might not win over the shooter/hard-core/testosterone crowd, but as party games go, this isn't half bad.

    5. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

Brotherhood has in fact turned out to be the strongest title in the contract till date. The platforming puzzle sections are exceptional and combat now enables players to flow between opponents, cutting a bleeding wrap through their enemies. The graphics and soundtrack remain superior and the story-telling is superb. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is a very well entry in Ubisoft's ongoing epic of revenge, assassinations and... er... exploration of previous lives through cybernetics.

    6. Gran Turismo 5

It is the racer the world has been waiting for-  Gran Turismo 5 fling down the gauntlet to the entire racing field with its eye-popping graphics, complex gameplay and deep and involving content. The wait may have exaggerated the hardcore's expectations but for the rest of us, GT5 could just be all the driving game we'll ever need.

    7. The Sims 3

The world-conquering siming game make the jump from PC to console and remain just as addictive as ever. This part contains a couple of new additions, including a karma system, which suggests new challenges to pop up frequently. Overall, The Sims 3 contains hours of enjoyment and - be warned - its some of the most addictive fun you can have in gaming.

ISRO project converted into ashes within 45 seconds of launch celebration

  •
Sriharikota, Dec 25 – India’s grand space programme experienced a major rage as an highly developed communication satellite exploded within 75 seconds after its launch from here on Christmas day Saturday.
The 2,310 kg GSAT-5P satellite, costing about Rs.125 crore, was launched at 4.04 p.m. from the space centre, to serve the needs of the telecommunication sector and the weather department.

It was also to replace the INSAT-2E satellite, sent up in 1999.
It rose into the sky with a huge growl, releasing solid orange flame at its tail. And suddenly it exploded — and fall to pieces.

The failure astonished the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
A hopeless earlier ISRO chairman U.R. Rao said it was the first time he had seen a failure in the first stage of the launch.
‘Though it is unjust to comment without the telemetry data, the failure could have been due to any of the factors, including solid propellant leak or failure of control system,’ Rao said.
‘I do not call it a setback as failures are common in rocket/space missions. We are really dealing with rocket science here, which requires 100 percent accuracy in everything we do, be it the design, structure, components, system, fuel and processes. A minor glitch in any of them can cause trouble,’ Rao told IANS.

Saturday’s launch was originally scheduled for Nov 20 but was aborted a day earlier after a leak was detected in one of the valves of the Russian-made cryogenic engine.
Later, tests ensured the stability of the valve. The ISRO gave the go-ahead for a Christmas day launch.

The Russians had supplied seven cryogenic engines, and India has used six of them till today.
The GSAT-5P satellite was believed to have a life span of over 13 years. It had 36 transponders – automatic receivers and transmitters for communication and broadcast of signals.

Its successful launch would have taken ISRO’s transponder capacity to about 235, from the 200 currently in the orbit.
In September 2007, when ISRO flew the GSLV to put into orbit the INSAT-4CR communication satellite, the rocket had faced a valve problem.

ISRO launched two major satellites in 2010 – communication satellite GSAT-4 and remote sensing satellite Cartosat-2.
The GSAT-4 launch failed after the rocket crashed into the Bay of Bengal while Cartosat-2 was placed successfully in the orbit.
ISRO has many communication satellites in service – INSAT 2E, INSAT 3A, INSAT 3B, INSAT 3C, INSAT 3E, INSAT 4A, INSAT 4CR and INSAT 4B working at 50 percent capability.

Google Sued Because of showing a woman's Underwear

Some people are very sensitive about showing their underwear.

These do not necessarily include people who wear extremely short skirts, droopy jeans, or minuscule tank tops. Lady Gaga & Mallika Sherawat are not included either.

However, a Japanese woman is reportedly so irritated by seeing private items on her washing stripe appear on the very public Google Street View that she has decided to sue the company. !!!!

The woman from district court proceedings: "I was overwhelmed with anxiety that I might be the target of a sex crime. It caused me to lose my job, and I had to change my residence."

While this reaction might seem slightly drastic, the woman claims that she suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder. She claims that the exposure of this underwear forced her to consider that Google was actually following her everywhere she went.
    .
Woman’s point is not that, google should have blurred the image of her house. But that Google should have been more sensitive toward her undergarments.
"I could understand if it was just a picture of the outside of the apartment, but showing a person's underwear hanging outside is absolutely wrong," the woman reportedly told the court.

    Now here this also,

Google allowed this milestone to be dug in courtroom. Woman is demanding sum around 600,000 Yen which will be more than $7,000.

Now this is something very huge.

The woman claims that Google did remove her underwear around the time that she filed suit, while Google reportedly says it is now looking into the whole thing.

Surely Google might understand the lady's distress and pay up. It is a small price to offer for such a needless and unjustified display of smalls.

"Shiela ki Jawani"- The Only Worth Watching Plot in the Whole Movie

By: Ravi Panjwani On: Friday, December 24, 2010
  • Share The Gag
  •

The basic problem with this film is that the script clump along looking for a conspire. It's like Tees Maar Khan faking a film production- he has no story to begin with and just invent on the spot. There are so many disorganized characters and sub-plots that just don't merge into the story. Farah's familiar plot devices like heightened melodrama and spoofing other actors come across as repetitive & boring. Considering the only USP of the film is the 'Sheila Ki Jawani' item number, giving it away in the first thirty minutes just overcome the purpose because there's little else to look forward to.

Tees Maar Khan (TMK) mislead the audience on two counts. Firstly, by claiming to be a funny movie. If you've seen the promos, you know the variety of humour (or lack of it) that the film rides on. Secondly by under-playing Akshay Khanna's refreshingly side-splitting performance. Yes, you read right, Khanna not Kumar. Kumar is his usual 'I-scream-so-I-am-funny' self. And what works for the film (and the possibly the only thing that does) is how it mocks Bollywood settle, something director Farah Khan does very well. And perhaps, the most optimal usage of Sheila's flexible waist.

Sir Alex or Alex Ferguson manager of Manchester Utd. Propelling his club towards perfection to maintain its peak position as promised to its fan & followers.

And in this operation of perfection a huge step taken by him is discontinuing the promising GK Van der Sar & is to replaced by 26 year old Danish GK Anders Lindegaard also new five year contract is approved for mid-fielder Anderson. These changes will be come into action from Jan 2011.

Also the prediction of rejoin of Beckham on loan next month is dismissed. Beckham, who left United for Real Madrid in 2003, stated earlier this week that he would "only come back for Manchester United" should he be able to secure a loan from LA Galaxy during the MLS closed season. But Ferguson insisted that he had no plans to offer the 35 year-old a career swansong at Old Trafford.

Supporting Van der Sar Ferguson added about replacement of GK in 1999 that "Both of them [Schmeichel and Van der Sar] have been magnificent goalkeepers and I've been very lucky to have had them both." Ferguson said. "I should have signed Van der Sar after Schmeichel. I made a mistake there, but now we think we know where we're going."

We are no one to judge about the decisions taken by the manager but only know that responsibilities are definitely on safe hands as we have witnessed the stunning performance of MANU.

Australia works harder to say-"Say no to Wikileaks"

  • Similar to Pak, Aussie government is also too conscious about what kind of documents should be exposed in front of their citizens & what not to be. For that purpose Australian government in last year has kept a powerful firewall named “great firewall of Australia” to avoid the internet users from accessing those deemed pages.

Despite of which the black-listings however excluded wikileaks documents and the unexpected thing was, that the youth who is condemned to view  YouTube videos, fringe religious sites & u know what else other things, showed more intrest in wikileaks documents rather than what they are condemned to…….

Why cant this Wikileaks be stopped from publishing ???

  • Wikileaks- it can be defined as the most enchanted web address by almost each & every individual concerned to latest affairs going on his day-to-day web life. It is open truth that the above name is a threat to world peace & we are well aware about the reason behind it.

The only question which goes striking on our mind is that it is so lethal then too why it isn’t still banned or prohibited the reason behind it is explained by Jon Swaine in New York in following way.

All the documents on web are confidential & protected by copyright & owners of site. Wikileaks hosts its documentation on different web servers which are distributed across different countries’ jurisdiction which cant keep its log. Information from owners states that the site uses “state of the art encryption” which skips those logs so that it cant be trailed.

It is said that Wikileaks passes its documents across countries which offers high legal protection for whom who leaks information & that’s a big dodge for authorities who do not want to let this documents to be “leaked”…
